Preview
Everything drawn here is a parody badge or certificate, not a real credential.
The strip along the foot is drawn by the renderer in every mode and cannot be switched off. It carries the origin, your handle and the verify address into the exported pixels. A PNG or SVG downloaded from here goes through the same exporter as a badge in a wallet, with the preview's strip, and is named as a preview.

Publishing needs a handle: it is the issuing handle printed on every badge you make. Pick one on sash.neorgon.com, then come back.
That name belongs to a real issuer
The check reads the name, the description, the criteria and the words drawn on the artefact: the arcs, the ribbon and every line of a certificate. Enamel makes parody credentials, and a parody that names a real body as the issuer of a credential is not a parody any more. Rename it and publish again.
